Service Technician Heavy Equipment (full-time)
Are you an experienced technician who gets excited about truly heavy equipment? Wheel loaders, excavators and giant cranes: the bigger the machine, the more you enjoy the job. Here in Hapert we have been building top-quality systems for 25 years. We are looking for an independent professional from the Eindhoven and Kempen region who will take our jobs across the Benelux to the next level.
What will you do?
As a Service Technician you are responsible for the entire process: from installation to delivery and aftercare. You mainly work on location at the customer’s site, so you spend plenty of time on the road.
- Independently installing and building automatic lubrication systems on heavy machines.
- Fitting and adjusting advanced automatic fire suppression systems to protect valuable equipment.
- Carrying out maintenance, solving faults and providing the right aftercare for our customers’ machines and vehicle fleets.
Who are we looking for?
- You have proven experience as a field service technician in heavy machinery, agricultural machinery or commercial vehicles.
- You understand mechanical systems, basic electrics and hydraulics.
- You live in the Eindhoven and Kempen region and are flexible about travel times within the Benelux.
- You can work fully independently, think in solutions to minimise downtime and communicate easily with customers.
- You hold a category B driving licence, preferably BE.
